Lines and Factories Producing Foam Concrete in Stationary (from 5 variants) Performance
We sell and develop factories and complexes producing block foam concrete with the productivity up to 50-60 m3 a day.
The foam concrete blocks production line provides manufacture of foam concrete of various density and for different purposes, which enables to produce a full set of building products that can be used for construction of, for instance, a cottage.
The distinctive characteristics of a stationary plant:

- Foam concrete is delivered to the matrix through the branches;
- The area required for the production of block foam concrete is 400-500 m2, for storage facilities - 400-500 m2;
- The number of the workers operating the line is 3-6 people.
The plant given works using the standard feeding apparatus.
One cycle duration (feeding of dry components / unloading of foam concrete) takes:
- When a skip is used - 10 minutes;
- When screws are used - 6 minutes.
To produce up to 10 cubes per shift you need 3 workers, each increase of 5 cubes requires 1 worker more.
It is possible to produce concrete with the density of 1200 kg/m3 and to make bridging.
The operating density of the block produced is 650 kg/m3.

The productivity of 5 m2, the required area of the shop is 200 m2.
The area of the warehouse is 100 m2.
The matrixes can be used 1 time per 24 hours.
The foam concrete is ready for use in 5-6 days from the moment of the pouring it into the matrix.
