The Foam Concrete Production Technology

The foam concrete production technology is very simple!

The foam made in a special aggregate - a foam generator - is added to the ready mixture of cement and sand.

After the components being mixed, the cellular structure mixture is ready for shaping various building products.

To harden the foam concrete is enough for steaming the products in the compartments under atmosphere pressure.

Natural hardening is possible. The qualitative characteristics of the products made of foam concrete are equal to those made of the conventional cellular gas concrete produced by means of autoclaved hardening.

As the production methods and the equipment are quite simple (the technological cycle does not include grinding of raw components in spherical grinding mills and autoclaving), the products are 30%-50% cheaper to compare them with the ones made of cellular gas concrete.

The consumption of the foam maker depends on the density required and varies from 1.5 to 1.2 l/m3.

The foam maker is ecologically pure, neutral, non-inflammable and safe in operation. The cost of one liter of the foam maker amounts to no more than 10 hryvnas (1.87 usd).

The raw materials are cement, ordinary quartz sand, industrial waste and the waste resulting from extracting and processing limestone and other rocks, and foam maker.

The technology enables to manufacture structural-thermal insulating products with the density of 500-700 kg/m3 and more and thermal insulating products with the density less than 500 kg/m3.

4. A cement bin with a screw-metering device;
5. A plant for producing foam concrete;
